Emily is a social impact and sustainability specialist. Emily joined Brand Ethics excited by the opportunity to enable people and organisations to make conscious, informed ethical decisions through the development of a robust ethical ratings tool.

Since 2000 Emily has worked with a range of organisations on their sustainable supply chains, human rights approaches, sustainability strategies and social impact design and measurement. She is currently Principal – Sydney of The Incus Group, a social impact consultancy, and Executive Officer of the Tony Foundation, supporting organisations using music to create social change.

Previously, Emily worked at The Ethics Centre managing the Corporate Responsibility Index, a management tool which rated organisations embedding of sustainability practices. Passionate about the intersection of society and the environment Emily also volunteers with an organisation in her local community seeking to eliminate single use plastic.
